KINA WOOD PENDANT
Natural wood pendant light, sold as a kitset. Kina references the inner shell of the local salt water sea-urchin called kina in Maori. David saw a kina shell in Antarctica – an exquisite jewel sunk in a tiny hollow in the sea ice. The shell had absorbed enough warmth from the sun to melt the ice around it.

Pendant light sold as a kitset to reduce its carbone footprint. Bamboo from sustainably managed forests and nylon rivets. The biggest model is made from hoop pine and aluminium rivets, professional assembly recommended (Ø 140 cm).
